Information on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 13(1)-(3) of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, OJ 2016 L. No. 119, p. 1 as amended) we inform you that:

The Administrator will process personal data obtained directly from you, namely:
name and surname,
IP numbers used,
data identifying the web browser.
This personal data will be processed in order to:
to provide the Administrator with the services of granting access to webinars, to check the effectiveness of webinars, to inform you about available webinars (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
carry out marketing activities aimed at you consisting in informing you about the Administrator's or third parties' products or services and transferring your data to third parties (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA)
ensuring IT security and copyright protection in connection with access to webinars, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The basis for the processing of your personal data is the agreement concluded by you with the Administrator for the participation in the webinars (within the scope of point 3 letters a and c above) and your voluntary consent (within the scope of point 3 letter b above).
The recipients of your personal data will be:
entities commissioning webinars delivered by the Administrator,
subcontractors of the Administrator performing the following auxiliary functions: bookkeeping service, legal service and IT service,
marketing entities, to the extent of the consent referred to in point 3(b) above.
Data will only be transferred to entities established in countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and to such entities (in particular: Facebook) which, although established outside the EEA, participate in the Privacy Shield programme established under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield. These data are transferred using appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Article 13(1)(f) of the GDPR. Upon your request, the Administrator will provide you with detailed information about these safeguards.
Your personal data will be used for automated decision-making and profiling, using standard marketing and analytical tools; the purpose of this automated processing will be to best match the content addressed to you with your interests; the consequence of this processing will be a greater personalisation of the content addressed to you. You have the right to object to automated processing, which will result in human intervention by the Controller within the meaning of Article 22(3) of the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed until:
the end of the contract for the provision of access to the webinars - insofar as they are necessary for the provision of this contract,
as long as required by mandatory law - to the extent required by law (e.g. regarding accounting),
until the expiry of any claims against the Administrator - to the extent necessary to protect the Administrator's legitimate interests,
until you withdraw your consent - to the extent to which data are processed on the basis of your consent.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or request the restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing. Furthermore, you can request the surrender of this personal data for the purpose of data portability.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data) in all matters relating to the processing of your personal data.
